Part one

Getting better results from AI

Most staff have tried an AI assistant and been disappointed by it. This part is about why that happens: what the model is actually doing with a prompt, which parts of an answer came from what you asked and which it filled in on its own, and how to tell the difference.

Then open questions - whatever your staff want to ask about prompting, for as long as it is useful.

Everyone keeps two free tools we built for this, usable without an account: PromptMagic turns a few rough points into one clear prompt, and the Demystifier shows which phrases in an answer were echoed from the prompt and which the model inferred.

Part two

The platform, then three live builds

A quick run through the application and what it does, and then the part that tends to decide it: we pick three situations from the list below - or three of yours - and build a working app for each one, in front of everybody, applying what part one covered.

A teacher describes a small learning app in plain language and gets a working page back in about two minutes. Seeing that happen to a problem you recognise is a different thing from being told about it.
